v0.1:inital release

this is a patch note i made a couple minutes ago, I will be uploading v0.2 after I'm sure it works

• Initial release of cell life simulation game
• Added input fields for number of good cells, max cells, food particles, and food size
• Added a button to run the simulation
• Added a canvas to display the simulation
• Added class for food particles and good cells
• Good cells are able to move towards nearest food particle
• Good cells will change color depending on hunger levels
• Good cells will reproduce when hunger reaches a certain level
• Food particles are generated randomly
